Before we met in our company, we worked as consultants and programmers in other companies, within other teams.
Now we create a team with qualities that we lacked in our previous teams:
- Mutual trust
- Possibility of constructive conflict in the team
- Commitment to action
- Not avoiding responsibility
- Attaching importance to the results of work of the whole team
Our strength and advantage is that we "know each other like the back of a hand", we know who is responsible for what, we know who will do a given task best (i.e. quickly and well). We work in one room, desk to desk, so there is no need to organize teleconferences to determine the issues important for the activities on the project.
Such a team can do great things.
